In no event shall the aggregate liability of Provider arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the total amounts paid by Client to Provider during the twelve (12) month period preceding the claim.
The Bluebridge account team may not treat indirect, incidental, or consequential damages as recoverable under this agreement unless both parties approve a separate written exception.
